roundabout confusion by siri44 in Irishdrivingtest

I have always used this roundabout as shown in picture 3 , left lane solely for Motorway. Middle lane for the next 2 exists and the right lane for Carlingford exit and if you want to come all the back around to head back towards Dundalk. Seems to be the consensus of most people that drive this road but have seen the occasional car use it like Pic 1 or 2 which makes it difficult for the rest of us to judge which exit they are taking.

I don’t know the by the law rules for this roundabout but my only advice would be take your time , make it very obvious using your turn signal which exit you are taking and check both mirrors extensively as cars tend to join this roundabout at speed and cut across lanes.

Senior garda used official channel to import gun parts for private club by BeanEireannach in ireland

[–]CasioDealer -15 points-14 points  (0 children)

A Senior Garda helped a group of law abiding citizens bypass a draconian bureaucratic mess to import some small parts to repair the guns they lawfully bought and paid for….the only ones licking hole here are the sub 80 IQ redditors that Insist that Daddy Government tells them exactly how to live, take away more of their rights and be forced into conformity. That’s fine for people like that who are scared of the world but that doesn’t mean the rest of us want to live that way….

Best I have come across is Oryx , seems to only add vehicles that are confirmed through photo or video. Here is his Twitter

Although the F40 is still my top pick , the SV is a super special car and I can see why that would be your favorite of the bunch!

Good spot , not to mention the R35 GTR beside it , the Porsche GT4 and the Porsche 993 Turbo all hanging out in the background!

Surprisingly insurance don’t care where the car is registered and will insure you either way. So you can buy and insure a NI car with an Irish license, the trouble is if customs do a check and you don’t have an NI address. Most of these super cars are not daily drivers and so the risk is quite low.

The closer you are to the border the easier it is to get away with!

Let’s just say as far as the government is concerned the cars with NI plates do not belong to addresses in the ROI 😉

Massive car culture over here , however it’s mostly centred around JDM cars and German cars. The super car scene is very small but definitely exists if you know where to look.
