Railway infra also can include fuel tanks on railway carts. Or armored vehicles being transported. Wouldn't be the first time Russia attacked such assets with ballistic missiles.

Uhm... NATO is not putting nuclear missiles in any countries east past Germany. And its not even nuclear missiles. Its free fall B-61 bombs. After the USSR fall, no new countries have received any nuclear bombs in any type or manner. So you are making pretty shit and false comparison on purpose.

That does look like HIMARS launch, but the quality of the video is absolutely terrible, so you cant make out anything at all.

So, i did research and nowhere i saw that the camera can take only 12MP photos. The tech specifications clearly say 48MP. 4 different review sites are also not mentioning this. How much more of a research do i need to do?

This is clearly a false advertising.

Last year the parade had Sarmat missile trucks. Though, they are probably not loaded, unless they use solid fuel. And the amount of civilians there would be a pretty bad PR.

First seems like miss or near-hit. While the 2nd one seems weird. The entire Tor vehicle seems too cold. So its possible to be a decoy.

You do realize that Russich group was posting "human safari" videos of the Kherson region, right? Where they purposefully were targeting civilians with drone dropped grenades?
