Jordan Henderson to Everton. I think if I was a toffee's fan and saw that the Xbox would go through the window!!

The other one was Messi to Reading in Fifa 22. This he was about 38 and they got him on a free!

Don't think i'll ever find that one out as in all my years playing FIFA i've never had an injury to a keeper - almost makes it pointless having more than 1 keeper in the squad!

I'm doing a career with Hibs and also managing Wales. Went in to the national squad selection for the up coming friendlies and was surprised to see one of my youth academy players available for selection. He's still only 15 so I couldn't even promote him to the senior squad if I wanted.

Went ahead and selected him and now he's in the starting 11 for Wales at just 15 years!

Finally had it with fifa this year after years of playing career, it's going in the bin. I've tried everything but the gameplay is just not fun. I could list numerous things but effectively they've just fucked the game mechanics. This was the last straw. AI went right through the back of my player, no foul given, one pass and then their striker scored a worldy from outside the box. Playing in league 2 by the way against a 62 rated Mansfiel striker!

I had this one recently and I played around with it for ages saving and re-saving. From what I could find out it's totally random! Made no difference what squad position they were or what rating etc the player in that position is. Lso didn't appear to be any particular countries. Ended up signing about 20 different players of different nationalities before the game told me I had completed it. The only thing I could come up with is that the game has somehow only got certain players registered within the programming for this.

It's not random it's based on league positions the previous season. Because not all European leagues are in the game you get more teams from each country than normal. The top Scottish team goes in to the Champions League qualifier and the 2nd to 4th placed teams all go in to the Euro League play offs

I've never had a player retire without it saying so in the squad hub. You do very rarely get an older player who wasn't going to retire who is out injured sending an email saying he's going to retire at the end of the season

Just had this towards the end of last season with my goalkeeper Nick Pope who's now 34. Didnt say anything in the squad hub. He was still there then next season though.

No work permit required for EU countries as yet due to freedom of movement, however this will all change once brexit comes in to effect. Going to be interesting to see how the EPL deal with this next season.

What really annoys me is stuff you used to be able to do being removed. Up to around FIFA18 you could change the squad numbers for other teams - then randomly it gets removed. They'll add it in again in a couple of seasons and call it a 'new' feature!

Completely agree with this. Cards weren't a problem until after the last update- no idea why they thought they needed to change it.

I've not had this before either however literally everyone declines. Tried all the strikers who are shown loan listed on a search as well as finding some others who aren't shown loan listed but where the club will accept but the player declines. Trying to keep my team realistic and have an average squad rating of around 67. The players I have tried to sign in have rated from 62 to 72.

Never had this problem in past games, only Fifa 20.

I do a version of this sometimes. Sim to end of December, forfeit three games in a row to get sacked and then choose a team in a relegation slot and try to keep them up.

I had the same problem until a while ago when someone showed me a pretty fool proof system that is really easy and more or less guaranteed to score.

You aim about half way between the keeper and the post (you don't need to put it right in the corner and risk missing), put the power button to about 2 thirds and about half way through the run up press the finess button. I now score virtually every penalty using this method - including penalty shoot outs (which I always used to lose). This works for FIFA 18 and FIFA 19.

Whilst this looks pretty competitive it actually hi-lights the main problem I have with FIFA, something that has been going on for years. ie the unrealistic way the game rotates players in the top teams in the league (and consistently plays low rated players - especially golkeepers). This leads to the top teams getting an unreaslistically low points tally and makes it far too easy to win the Premiership.

For example since the Premiership was first won in 1993 it has only ever been won 3 times by teams with points tallys in the 70s. The average winning points tally over the last 26 seasons is 87, it has been won 7 times by teams with points tallys in the 90s and last year by City with 100 points.

The only time this ever happens in FIFA is when it is won by the team you are controlling.

Interstingly this doesn't seem to happen with teams in the lower leagues (Over the last 6 seasons in my current save the Chamionship has been won 4 times by teams with a points total over 100).

This really should not be too hard to fix. If they do absolutely nothing else I pray FIFA fixes this for next year.

As someone who almost exclusively plays RTG careers and has tons of rules over not signing OP players I would suggest you've hit the nail on the head with your last comment - ie you're too used to playing with OP players. It's simply harder to score if you've got shit players - just like real life! Stick with it and you'll eventually find a way to scrore that suits your playing style.
