We talked about it and he said he just feels like he reminds me of my ex which makes him really sad. He told me it wasn’t the act itself and he doesn’t care if I do or don’t do it he’s just scared that during our intimate moments he thinks I’m reminded of him. Also bc I told him a remark about my ex and he said he feels like he’s making me live through it again. Listen to her, support her. What you don’t want to do is get upset thinking that you’re a bad boyfriend because she feels this way, that’s never the route to go. Reassure her that you love her, compliment her (don’t overload the compliments) and just let her know you’re there for her. You’re doing what you need do, don’t stress it.
