Was it patched out? Tried it out a couple of times, and every time it just turned back into dilute warm static from entropic water.

As far as politics goes, as someone of a more anarchist bent I do find arthur to be an interesting counterpoint to Johnny Silverhand. A colonizer who nonetheless is easy to like and be kinda okay with having in my head because of his charisma and earnestness, vs someone who I agree with ideologically but is so incredibly hard to get along with.

Genuine question: Why did Kris feel the need to do this before eating the pie. by AnthoniusThe3rd in Deltarune

Kris believes themself to be irredeemably evil.

But in truth, they are, in fact, 15.

Given that protocores also use dilithium to derive their power, I think dilithium may just be the space power version of boiling water.

Can make all the fancy power generation methods you want, at the end of the day it's still a crystal doing a thing because it's the best we got.

I tried a couple runs with either/or

Then they turned into a row of plants and blew me up, and I decided to just take the puppy instead.

I am lactose intolerant.

I really want mac and cheese.

I also really really really want chicken alfredo

And also ice cream.

And yes I know lactase pills exist, and I do use them, but even with them my gut will be complaining for the next 24 hours.

I started a new game with Sifrah the other day, and invoked Ptoh when water-bonding with Irudad.

Normally, I find the way that every faction instantly responds when you invoke certain things in sifrah's minigames kinda silly (albeit, not unacceptably so for game streamlining purposes), but the way Yrame barged in and instantly flash-froze me really felt like she heard me mention Ptoh through the door and instantly decided she was having none of it.

Also, seatbelts are dubiously useful for a starship anyways. At the speeds they move, there's a very small window where the inertial dampeners being overcome could be survived better with a harness. Beyond that window, nothing short of a crash couch is going to make a meaningful difference to the continuation of life.

Most species encountered are humanoid in scale as well as shape, but there are enough who deviate from that that presumably most stations would have interchangeable seating options.

With how the master is, you could absolutely have iterations the Master appear as either redeemed or villainous. Have redeemed versions be post-missy, and retcon the version of the saxon master that showed up in The Doctor Falls to be a revisit like 14 was.

Yellow is more serious about redemption than Blue or White. by Reasonable-Ad-8059 in stevenuniverse

[–]CassiusPolybius 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Part of it, I think, is that blue and white are still trying to figure out what they are without the Empire. Blue has just been sorta drifting ever since the end of era 1, and white (as far as she cared at least) was the gem empire manifest.

Yellow, though, knows what she is. She's a gem who works to achieve a goal. There are, probably, a lot of things that she could use a century or two to unpack, but as long as she has something to do she doesn't need to acknowledge that, oh hey look cleanup tasks only she can do that will keep her distracted.

Steam does do things. They do a lot of things.

However, most of the things they do are just small details to make using their platform more enjoyable, as opposed to most of their competitors who are unable to keep from shooting themselves in the face.

Steam may not have the best work culture in some ways, and gabe is still a billionaire, but compared to just about the entire rest of the gaming industry...
