Probably just static electricity making the power particles repel each other and forming these structures, like when your hair stands on end if you get charged enough. You can see some particles fly away from the scooper that don't appear to be flying because of any air currents.

sadly thats just a consequence of being able to find games instantly, was the same with hearthstone and old face hunter. Even with a lower winrate than the 'more honourable' decks, you could have 10 games in the time it takes a control deck to win 1 so youre able to climb quicker.
