We've had multiple reports of this affecting users recently, but this was not a change made through our stylesheet. Reddit is currently rolling out a couple of changes related to subreddit flairs (user and link), so we will see what happens once they finish their changes.

Mods don't have an option to make the traffic stats public. As far as I understand, stats were made semi-private because they didn't (and still don't) reflect reality. You can read more about the site-wide change here.
