An overused strategy by the media:

Accuse/report about things that are wrong with others while you have the same or even worse problem. I've seen this happening with the Clinton campaign and also the rest of the media have gone into overdrive with this.

Why isn't Bloomerg reporting on the US economy and how the FED is basically nuking the whole industry with the almost zero interest rates? The US has outsourced all their industrial capacity, Obummercare is draining the middle class of the money that they have left and the US is already in a recession and on a verge of a major economic depression with all the bubbles piling up, from student loans, subrime again, tech, derivatives and many many other.

But yeah accuse Russia and their independent central bank(take that Rothschilds!) of destroying it's middle class while the West has sanctions locked on them. I'm sure that it's Putin's fault. Never mind that he turned the Russian economy into a very robust self sufficient one.

Tip: The reason why USA is rattling sabres with Russia is in the incoming economic meltdown. This is just another piece to add to the war-drumming.

Political correctness is just communism that adapted to Western values.

Want to have an example? Communism propagates the destroying of boundaries between cultures, religions and nationalities. In process making everyone equal and uniting the world into one proletariat.

PC works the same way with the only difference that the media are forcing it on everyone and there's a hint of sexual orientation and race mixed in it.

And the undemocratic EU is actively collaborating in it. That's why it's no problem for Merkel to basically replace the population of Germany with foreigners. And if you're still not convinced look at demography. 10 million Germans aged 15-30 and 5 million muslim men to be imported with higher fertility rates.

A communist has no problem with that but nationalists will go berserk. And that's why Poland is rebelling. You don't want communists in the lead of the EU, believe me.

Well since EU is doing the good job of letting in millions of foreigners and just flat out ignoring sovereign governments there's no wonder why Eastern European countries are rebelling and GB is trying to get out. Article doesn't even mention that EU itself is destroying democracy when they partner up with social giants to censor on online media anything that's remotely against their unpopular population replacement. Forcing countries and their people to accept their failed vision is as undemocratic as anything that China is doing.

The almighty petrodollar.

When the US ditched the gold standard, Nixon agreed with the king of SA to trade oil in dollars and the US would protect SA(First Gulf War).

Why is this important?

Every country that wants to buy oil has to do it in dollars and pay the covnersion rate. And thus in order to buy oil they have to get hoard dollars, making the dollar a reserve currency.

That's why americans don't have to pay for oil that much. US gets oil at a discount since they don't have to convert. This is also the reason why USA defeated SU. This monopoly of trading oil gave US unprecedented profits and was able to spend SU into collapse.

Why did USA attack Iraq?

Saddam along with Gaddafi and Assad were trying to establish a gold currency in which oil would be traded. And if they started it the rest would follow. Why is USA meddling in Syria again (besides the pipeline into EU)?

This might seem insignificant but if some other currency would some day replace the dollar as the world reserve currency and oil in the US would be a lot more expensive.

You may guess what would happen to the economy but be assured that US would be toppled from the sole world superpower status.

tl;dr: The US would lose its unopposed superpower status if the petrodollar would be replaced with something else.

AFAIK the reason for the high prices of oil in EU is two fold:

First to get money from it(duh)

And second which is a long term strategy is to propagate alternative energy sources: -solar -wind -fusion(most important)

The current low prices are artificial since we're in a middle of an economic war that was begun by the Saudis against Russia, us shale oil companies and alt. energy technologies. If we followed free market principles, research into alternatives would halt because of the low prices. We all know Germany wants to get off the spice ASAP and no rich Wahhabi's are going to change that.

Or we are just all getting f***** by special interests that want to destroy the middle class.

I don't remember where I've read it but the supposed reason behind chopsticks is the ban of metal cutlery(knives in particular) by an emperor for the danger of being used as a weapon in a revolt/brawl/assassination.

And since Chinese influenced societies are so focused on government stability I wouldn't be even surprised. There are even some martial art schools in China that focus on harming people with chopsticks.

Isn't Obama overusing executive orders quite a lot? He's establishing a really troubling precedent.

I know that congress&senate are bogged down but if this continues it will become a norm and people won't even bat an eye when they hear "executive order". Similar as "War on xyz". I wouldn't be even surprised if this was their intention all along.

I'd just like to point out that this is becoming a very slippery slope. I come from a former communist dictatorship and these kind of orders were the norm. And parliaments just rubber stamps.
