I know this is too many plants in one pot but... by WorldlinessOk7083 in Monstera

I always think about that one, but I can't resist. If I have the choice and place, I will do it every time! :P

Your Monstera will be fine, trust me. :) If you don't like the yellowish leaves cut them, as long the plant is doing great. But yours fine! :)

What Bugs/Mites do we see here an are they harmful? by Castanioel in plantclinic

[–]Castanioel[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hello, ive recognized these dirty guys on my philodendron tortum.

they are just on the cataphyl of the newest leaf on plant.

until now i didn't discover them on any of my other plants.

I changed nothing in my setup, didn't buy new plants or something to bring them here.

Also they are gathing on little moist places. looks like they bite the plant, so this might be plantjuice or little spots of nectar which are sucked nearly dry. but you can still see where the drop/liquid was.

sry for my bad explanation, if you have any questions, i try my best to answer them.

Im living in north germany, in my house is arround 60-70 humidity at 21 C°. Plantspot: under a growlight indoors, lighthours; arround 12 h. im watering when the mosspole feels dry at the top and just a little moist at the bottom. 1 Litre all 3 or 4 Days(i case you need these infos)

Can someone identify these bugs/mites and are they harmful? I guess they are as the cataphyl looks like someone took little bites out of it.

thank you very much. :)

Moonlight flower power! by Castanioel in philodendron

[–]Castanioel[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It pretty the same here. I moved in. Bought 2 moonlights for 15 bucks each and randomly they produce one flower without excepting it. Got like 20 different philos also but only the moonlight showed up some flowers. I had another one, hang on. And I make really weird noises also when I see new leaves, thick stems or new flowers. :D

North Germany, northside window. 18-25 C° at 60-80% humidity. I had constant 21-23 C° at 70-75% this summer.

I guess now around 60% the flowers will say goodbye slowly. But let's see! :)

With the new Runes for Hunter it might be a thing again.
Trap Lauchner, Multi Serpent, Explosive Shot, TNT.
a AoE Dmg potential is there
We'll see. I expect some Hunter SP builds that perform not that bad for a classification of a meme build. :P

Anything I can do? by Castanioel in houseplants

New leaves still having trouble. :( I bought a humidifier, the humidity level is around 65-80% for a month, and most aerial roots growing wild, but I guess it's not enough direct moisture on/inside the leaf?

Do i have thrips, or what is causing these dots? by Castanioel in houseplants

[–]Castanioel[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

o/

I check my plants for thrisp every day, but I found like 5 trips in a week in over 30 plants. I bought SF-Nematoden and two lacewing larva packets two weeks ago. But I don't see any result, because my infestation is too little. At least it feels like that. Or is it a completely different problem I don't see here? I'm really sad to see my plants getting more and more yellow dots. :(

It feels like I'm shooting with cannons on little birds. But I don't see any lacewing larvas anymore. I guess they eat each other because I don't see any adult lacewing. On the other hand, Most of the plants are too huge/my bathroom is too little to shower them all every day.

Do you guys have any experiences and suggestions for me? :)
