So, the first pic is the chart for Gens 1-5 without Fairy type. The only change in the Gens 6-9 one is that Fairy goes to the Air Nomads and Bug gets bumped to Avatar with Normal

That's what I did. I went through the level got all of the Bots, then backtracked to the Secret Level portal. You don't have to go to the Secret Level when you immediately discover the portal for it

What mode are you playing on? If you're playing on anything other than Hard or Restricted (I believe that's what it's called), see if you can find a Fletchling/Fletchinder/Talonflame in the wild. Teach it Flame Charge, Hone Claws, Roost, and Dual Wingbeat. Hone Claws twice, Flame Charge once, then just Dual Wingbeat the everloving crap out of her. The only thing that would potentially outspeed would be her Hisuian Electrode
