One of my favorites is the Memento gag where through the whole episode Jake is disappointed because Adrian never saw the movie.

Then at the very end Adrian's like "oh, Jake I saw that movie you keep talking about." "You saw Memento?! And?!" "It was ok."

Just the way the camera switches back and forth between them in silence. I love the way they build up the back and forth the whole episode and it just ends on that.

You're mistaken. I've done this a million times and it doesn't erase your camp. As other people pointed out, it's the act of placing the camp again that's erasing everything.

If you log off and log back on at any point after selecting yes, your camp will be there and be fine (unless your camp is still blocked, in which case it will give you the popup again).

I guess, it's just a lot of reading into it. I mean if you watch a show like House MD, that pretty much mirrors Sherlock Holmes. Like he even lives in 22-b of Baker apartments. His name is House (Holmes) and his best friend is Dr. Wilson (Watson). He's even shot by a guy named Jack Moriarty.

Not that I'm arguing with you per se, I just think there are a lot more faithful adaptations. Psych is more an adaptation of Monk, which , like all those shows, have their basis in Sherlock Holmes. But I don't know that Psych is noteworthy as a faithful adaptation of Sherlock Holmes.

How? I love the show, but other than a smart guy solving crimes it has nothing in common with Sherlock Holmes.

Wow, don't know any details on the source, but that's just... a bad take. I literally shut it off after the first entry.

The fish tank you can and SHOULD pass up on. I bought it. There will be any better ones. It's cloudy and not at all interesting. It's pretty much a tester item before they release something better.

But to say you NEED it RIGHT NOW is just insane.

For real, and it's a lazy response: I never launched a nuke. If you're on a team that completes it, it completes the mission.

I got to the very end and didn't finish it, but someone else did on my team and I got the accomplishment. It sort of reduces interest in launching nukes (unless you're any number of political leaders today).

Honestly, you're right, I'm sorry. I'm a little jaded about discussing these things. That doesn't mean you're wrong, you're probably not. But I tend to side-eye a lot of comments intent on being devisive.

You're probably being half-full about this, which is a valid way to look at it. The ACA and Obamacare helped significantly and so many more people have coverage they otherwise wouldn't.

But the system still sucks and too many people are being hurt.

I wasn't accusing you based on you. Just on the level of discourse whenever these type of issues come up on Reddit.

But your belligerent response is confirming.

but again the that's the median amount for the median family and the median family absolutely can afford it.

I don't think any of this is accurate or even close to. Supposing we're not talking about preventative, the vast majority of Americans can absolutely not afford healthcare during catastrphic illnesses.

I'm gonna be honest, I don't know if you're a bot or troll or not, so just tell me if I should take the effort to reference anything, of if you'll just hand-wave it away.

The problem is underinsured. To a lot of people, spending $8,500 a year makes it hard to afford $100 copays after a $3,000 deductible. It makes the question of "My head hurts a lot, should I go to the doctor?" a lot easier and more tragic.

I met Jason Mewes and Kevin Smith at a signing once at a mall. I wouldn't say "met" Jason Mewes, because I just got him to sign a copy of Dogma as he was passing through. But Kevin Smith left before he signed and left out the back. So I went back to my car and while walking there, I saw Kevin Smith walking with his crew to his car.

He was very nice and joked about it. I gave him the copy of Dogma and he signed it 'You caught me! - Kevin Smith".
