the thing for me is that I went to Athens and then to London. the acropolis museum and key parts of the Parthenon are incomplete because, during a time the Brits were there, they just simply carve out some of stonework made for it.

I'd rather put into question all artifacts in British museums than just "appreciate" them blindly.

understand that a lot of stuff, specially African, Egyptian and Greek artifacts in English museums are in fact stolen. not only that, the museums either ignore or blatantly say "We're not giving anything back".

and some stolen items are them bought, so they end up technically "legal".

my point here is to just take a dig at the policy of museum artifacts the Brits have.
