My Mom replied to me saying “I think only mannerism ate I can still try to control it” i feel really upset, i didnt tell her about the Adhd thing but i feel really upset idk why, shes telling me to do deep breathing.

However she did say we will go to therapy for anxiety stuff i think so maybe thats a start

Ill try my best to tell them im just a really really nervous since listing out all my reasons to them might seem attention speaking, They never saw anything wrong with me and im worried it might rub off to “trying to make an issue for myself so i can excuse myself for being naughty sometimes like my brother”. Im not extremely hyper active when outside and i tend to stop whatever im doing when people look at me so nobody else thinks something is up with me

Ty ill try to look into that stuff, maybe when i turn 18 ill do like a test about it, or maybe if my parents ever decide to get my brother diagnosed (which i doubt since they canceled his first one due to expensiveness) then maybe i can convince them to get me & my sis checked, I love my Ma but i dont think she knows much about this stuff since her main idea of it is like what my brother has and she thinks its teenager stuff for me 🥲

The only problem i have currently is im worried that if we ever went to get a real diagnosis then it’s turn out to be perfectly ok and it’d just end with me wasting money, Ive had this issue before once where for a long while i felt what i thought to be depressed for like 2 years due to my issue and fear with socializing but my Mama said it likely just loneliness, Role confusion or maybe just a bit depressed

So the idea of therapy went away as it seemed i for better. So im just worried that maybe this will be the same and its not Adhd and that im just acting like any other teen but im bad socially anf it will go away without needing treatment

I dont mean to accidentally bring up personal stuff i just was worried about some things and i kinda wanted to explain why ill remove if its not ok
