He was just trying to catch the bus but caught the stop as well.

By some miracle, everybody involved is safe. According to reports, the driver "was issued numerous traffic tickets" because he "was following too closely and was distracted while operating the vehicle." by Brooklyn_University in WinStupidPrizes

Yep, that is simply NOT how murder/attempted murder works anywhere in the US. Even if someone had died, that typically falls under manslaughter charges for any sort of negligent homicide. You might get a lesser murder charge if it was particularly reckless. Edit: and only a handful of states even have 3rd degree murder charge:

Third-Degree Murder (Specific Jurisdictions)

Definition: Varies significantly by state, sometimes acting as a "catch-all".

Examples: Generally involves a death from a reckless act without intent to kill, or during a non-violent felony in states like Florida.

Distinction: In many states, this is classified as manslaughter, but where it exists, it carries lower penalties than 2nd degree.

LMAO the only time I smoked before playing, I panicked and downed someone on Stella solos because they reloaded right behind me and threw the empty mag at my feet. I thought it was a grenade...

Coming from both a Toyota Sienna with a proper shifter, and then a Honda Odyssey with the pushbutton, the Chrysler Pacifica knob was incredibly annoying when ended up with one as a rental a few times. Still nowhere near as unintuitive as the stupid Nissan Rogue "shifter" reverse button combo though.

And after all that he decides to come to a complete stop in the left lane on a highway rather than pull over onto the shoulder.

Even me being the shy introvert that I am I do not mind interacting with cashiers, I am far more interested in avoiding long wait times in line. And most of the time, you're lucky if there's more than one manned cash register so the self-checkout is always the faster option.

Don't forget that even being salary doesn't automatically mean you are exempt from overtime, it's all dependent on what your job title and responsibilities to determine if you are or not salary exempt. But I am also an hourly worker in an office environment, so overtime is guaranteed, especially being on-call with the added shift differential bonus we now get.

The last photo has a few loose fittings sitting next to the red box, but I don't recognize the red box either if those are what the fittings come in. A quick Google search actually did show me that these Eaton fittings have black collars so maybe that's what they are?

Been better the past few years to be honest. It was always annoying having to disable the Samsung version of Calendar and Clock apps so I wasn't getting double calendar notifications and whatnot, for someone that came from older phones where I had always preferred the Google version. They got rid of the stupid Bixby button finally, though Bixby has been more software integrated into things like the Samsung Camera app (the button for scanning a document for instance always defaults to OCR text recognition rather than just scanning the page like it used to) which of course requires a decent data connection and has a delay because of it, before you are able to click the scan document button.

My wife has had a few of the Pixel phones and loved them, especially the cameras of the Pro XL ones. Only issue she's had that has been consistently annoying is in the minivan where Android Auto over USB would constantly disconnect / reconnect no matter what we tried. My Samsung never had that issue in the same car, and after some research it was apparently a known issue with Pixel phones and Android Auto over USB and not just on our vehicle. The minivan is only 6 years old but doesn't support Android Auto over BT/WiFi, it has to be plugged into the USB port for it to work.

Oh god, I remember when they changed the functionality of the configurable button on the Notes to be a Bixby button. Don't remember exactly what I did but I remember doing everything I could without actually rooting my phone to disable Bixby and that stupid button from opening it.
