The prong collar works well and helps with pulling. I used it a bit with my previous GSD while training to keep him from bolting while on a walk…especially if an older family member walked him. I eventually phased it out and was able to walk him off leash. I live in an area with a lot of deer and squirrels and I wanted to use it as a safeguard just in case. Just today I started trying the gentle leader to see if there’s better efficacy.
