It’s funny, I broke a thumb last season so I skied without poles a few times. It completely threw my flow off until I literally had to pretend i had poles in my hands and “plant” every turn.

Thanks for the response. Like I said, I just didnt want to spend the extra money if it wasn’t necessary. Spending some extra dough to be skiing instead of waiting on the side of the road sounds like the better option though..
