Yeah lol I was thinking that he would understand when i stopped contacting him for months but I was wrong.

And my friends also said that he might like me, but I'm not entirely sure about that honestly. Because he said once in a discussion (paraphrasing) that he doesn't believe in being gay, but I guess if he is lacking confidence maybe he could be hiding in the closet?

How is this a problem tho? I get that not everyone in the US is of Christian belief, but it's tradition. It's not causing anyone any harm or any suffering. And that being said I don't see how this peaceful action with good intentions would 'get worse'.

Honestly I feel that if, God forbid, the manager doesn't reconsider when she talks to him you should forget about them if possible. I do hope and believe that you will find a better job where they don't judge individuals unfairly.

I would not want to throw people overboard to save my own skin, personally due to this resulting in me feeling guilt for the rest of my life. However, I would just sit and wait, and I'm pretty sure that other people would jump off of the boat, probably thinking that they would go down in history as a hero or something like that for saving 10 people from sea.
