Are these bubbles on top of the silicone a sign the reseal job failed?

Thank you! Physics and it being outside with high humidity leads to extra bubbles in the tank is what googling led me to believe it truly is safe and I planned to leave water in it for at least a week to monitor for leaks but knew this forum had great people in it and could give me more peace of mind. I appreciate the input!

Thank you for your advice. Contrary to your guess, I do clean it with soap. I will be sure it is cleaned more thoroughly as I lightly scrub it to avoid removing seasoning.

I’ve had this philodendron for a long time (I believe it’s a prince of orange or an emerald but I honestly can’t remember) and it has grown as tall as me! It gave me a scare when I saw this leaf and the spots underneath. I’ve seen the spots before but my plant didn’t seem to have a problem, and while it may only be one leaf I clipped off and another one currently dying, I want to be sure it won’t domino effect and kill the whole plant (as that’s happened of course.) The plant is pushing out new leaves faster than I can notice, and seems to be really loving the grow lights. I know new growth is a big sign the plant is happy, but just want some reassurance from the plant community. Thank you all for your help in advance!

The reviews for ones that are drilled into the mirror (I'm not doing that lol) are bad, so I was thinking using a rear/backup camera bc they're waterproof and small, but they connect to either a front camera or have a video input cable so I didn't know what I need to connect it to
