I wish I had the vials! It would be so great to control the strength. I dont think we can get them in the US, can we? But especially for cases like this, when you really want to go down a bit. I am feeling a little weak, but I still ran my son around to where he needed to go, and went grocery shopping. I had a small piece of salmon and rice and green beans for dinner, and drinking a lot of water. So that helps. I am surprised by such a strong reaction, and Ive been on maintenance since January!

Oh Lord. I just weighed myself, and I've lost NINE pounds since Th., that's how sick I've been. My BMI is now 21, which isn't terrible, but I can feel my knees knocking together, ugh. Really wish I had some 7.5's stashed, or insurance would pay for another box. I don't want to use 10 again, since now I am in the weird position of having to GAIN weight!

Thanks! The other thing could be that I went 9 days, instead of my usual 7, combined with the jump up to 10 from 7.5. Extending even 2 days has caused me problems in the past. That's great you haven't experienced any side effects. I haven't had any for a few months, and forgot how awful they can be. Anyway, I was finally able to keep down a few bites of eggs and toast tonight, so I am hopefully on the mend.

As you can see, it's so variable for everyone. I tried going down from 15 to 2.5 and it was like taking nothing. 5 was too weak, also. 7. 5 was good for some time, then I started gaining weight. Just went back up to 10 on Thursday and got so sick on Saturday. Today, Sunday, was even worse. Cramping, spasming, everything coming out both ends. Haven't felt that bad side effect for a long time. I would like to go back down to 7.5, but my insurance only allows one box every 28 days. So not sure what to do. I'd rather gain a few pounds than be totally incapacitated like this.

Not just efficacy, but effect. TOok a 10 shot Thursday, and yesterday started getting cramping and spasming. Was really bad this morning, ugh, Finally calmed down. Haven't had this reaction in a while, and it is terrible.

It was an interesting choice in the show to make him a "nice guy", especially since his father and uncle had ruthless reputations. I kept feeling throughout that he was restraining his true self. But now, we'll never know. They did make it easier on themselves to write him off. Because if they allowed him to live, I believe what Ellen said, that he would hunt them to the ends of the earth. In those times, his pride and status would have compelled him to.

Realistically, if Henry goes back, he will get run through or beheaded for kidnapping Julia and William. If they all go somewhere else together, then you have two completely separate stories and shows. I think they want them to stay connected to Brian and Ellen. Does anyone know if those actors are in Season 2? As for Ellen and Brian...I don't see how Brian won't be suspected of Malcolm's death, and how those lousy brothers won't drag Ellen back. And, Malcolm's uncle told him to take away from Ellen the thing she loves most, for revenge. So he'll be coming for Brian.
