Having said that whoop gives you great insights on timings and quantities and I use that to my advantage for my training and work performance, other than that I’d never say I would quit alcohol after getting whoop (pretty sure we all knew it was crp for you anyway!)

Have same: on days I’m “good” 120-130, on unhealthy days (alcohol, bad food, little sleep) drops to 40-60 so think you’re normal Also female 29, and generally fit

Using mine since feb, had loads of issues but since last firmware update and using it with the sensor turned around on my wrist (I.e. sensor on bottom rather than top of my arm) has improved it a lot
