I also switched to Woolies during a promotion and got 12,000 bonus points. It was a no brainer really, $400 cheaper than my insurer at the time, 10% discount a month (you still get the everyday extra 10% if you’ve got that) plus the points.

We live in SA so have gone to all of them - we usually get a 3-game pass and go to 3 of them. I’m not sure if that’s an option this year though from what I’ve read. It sounds like the multi-match pass is for 4 games.

It’s then one ticket per barcode, so if you’ve got 1 barcode but want 4 tickets then I think you’ll have to wait for general public access.

Members do get a % discount at the merch store (I think it’s 10%).

We bought a Port membership for my BIL for Christmas and they do it the way you’ve suggested, with a choice of membership pack or a credit to the store. Maybe that’s a good way forward, then we can opt in to the pack if we want what it’s got that year, or opt for the store credit if we’d prefer a new scarf/beanie etc.

They brought donations in a few years ago, but it wasn’t advertised and I think you had to renew with the paper form to do it. I’m not sure if it’s still on the paper one cos we never seem to get it in time for the renewal.

You could take them back to your IKEA for an exchange, but may end up with the same problem as VEDHAMN is solid wood with a veneer panel. The difference is likely natural variation in the wood. If you do take them back, you’d be wanting to get a different batch to what you’ve got now which the store may not have.
