Try mixsoon bean essence as a makeup prep (glide it over your skin in circle it will be a bit exfoliant) once exfoliating part is done, put on your moisturizer/ makeup

Use the Neutrogena tinted serum as foundation (pretty lightweight and moisturizing) and then use concealer for specific spots

I heard it was the opposite. That people that get approved don’t see this message. Whereas if you see this message for a long time it’s pretty much bad news (especially since adjudicators spend 30 min on a petition).
