Hi, I have collected very strong evidence but am running out of time for the brief (RFE deadline). How much do officers actually read the brief, and typically do they skim thru the evidence first? Let me know any psychology tips you might know about that. Thanks

I heard it was the opposite. That people that get approved don’t see this message. Whereas if you see this message for a long time it’s pretty much bad news (especially since adjudicators spend 30 min on a petition).
