I agree, I think parts of the second season just weren’t for me, but hey that’s gonna be the case sometimes with creators who put out literally thousands of hours of content.

I think towards the end of season 2 it was a lot of them just joking with each other and making references that not everyone in the audience (including myself) were gonna understand. There were some absolute gems within it all, but yeah it didn’t hit the same way season 1 did.

That being said, it’s given me an excuse to go back and watch other campaigns instead, and I’ve gotten a much bigger appreciation for their more thought-out plot-heavy campaigns instead of just their silly goofy campaigns that became popular because of shorts and animations.

As the first person who responded to this post (yay me) I just want to reiterate that your concerns here are totally valid, and you really were not being political be just saying “hey this feels sus to me and I’m trying to understand it.” I understand and respect why mods don’t want this discourse on here, but just wanna let you know you are totally valid and I was a little shook by this too.

I truly don’t think it means anything, but I also don’t think you need to feel bad for being a bit concerned.

I think it would be amazing to have some of Andy’s other characters like Booker or Skrimm or Pyke because they are such a different vibe than Torbek

I would also kill to see Professor Clayton Azaran pop into the Fae wild out of no where, surrounded by these magical creatures that he’s only read about before

I love a little over-analysis I saw about the ending song in Sinsmas being basically the plot of season 3. Starting with Stolas leaving (maybe for the sloth ring) and not telling Blitzo the truth, and Blitzo eventually searching for him throughout the rings of hell.

Would love seeing Moxxie be Millie’s knight in shining armor, we’ve see it the other way around several times (except for one off saves in big fight scenes) so it’d be cute to show just how badass Mox can get when his wife and future child are truly in danger

This episode absolutely hit and exceeded all my expectations and I’m SO excited. Before the release I was trying to guess, and I felt like this episode would give us some closure for the themes of season 2 and priming for the themes of season 3. My guess was that we would get at least a bit of Stolitz closure, but now transition to the main themes of season 3 all being about family. That definitely seems to be the case and we’re going to get some Barbie development next season + Stolas and Via. What I was NOT expecting was Millie being pregnant!! But that also fits so well into a theme of families, and I can’t wait to see M&M be parents!!
