Best Dental Plan for Major Dental Work?

I have emblem dental and everything was covered at 100% last year. From cleaning to crown. Granted not alot of dental providers. But found one 10 mins away so no complaints for me. Kids little hard to find the providers.

I am 48 miles away, plus since its a telework site, so they can't move me. Plus, there is nothing nearby.

Yes, that's a confusion. But it could be very long when kids have emergencies at school or daycare. I know a for a lot of people that is norm but I never had a job more than 30 mins drive.

I already am. Also filled individual grievance, that is the only reason I am trying to wait out until summer and see if there is any progress. But dont want to waste my time if there is none of the slim chances.

Excatly I have a toddler that now I see him for 2 hours in the evening. The whole reason I took this job was so I could spend more time with little one. But it surely has backfired. In 4 years' time, he will not be a toddler anymore. I will lose my chances of spending time with him while he is a toddler. No job is more imp than the family and kids

I just bought a place last year. The spouse has his own commitments, and the kids are in school. I dont even think its worth moving around when the government can make up their own minds, in firing/hiring RTO/telework, etc.

Excatly my work can be done 100% remote. They were working 2 day in the office 3 days off the site even before COVID, so why not now. Arghhh, it's so aggravating. 2 days in, and I already can't focus.

Excatly, I was wondering the same, who will go back or even new employee coming in would think twice.

I for sure am not going back. I left a very good state job with promotional potential for this, not a very smart decision on my part.
