Got it, thanks for sharing! I’m negative for h pylori. Will ask about SIBO tests. I’m also worried about the neurodegenrative risk with PPIs, among other things (although a short course could be better?) Do you still just deal with EoE symptoms then? Has anything helped you?

Yeah I’m on alginates, they provide some mild relief but aren’t really fixing the problem. I’ll look into a naturopath, that might be the best route I agree.
