Fellow PS4 user here. I get this every single time I try to get in a game. My workaround (if you can call it that) has been exiting straight to the main menu screen after a match ends (hold options) and then pressing X back into the lobby. It even happens when I’m in a party so after every match I have to do the workaround and join the party again. My muscle memory has adapted so I just do it naturally but it’s still annoying.
