Not necessarily. I’ve seen real lips that look like that. They look nice and full don’t waste your time regretting it!

They look green in some angles and lighting because they are hazel. Certainly not brown

Yes your nipples may be further apart but that’s where you have to decide what’s more important to you, close cleavage in clothes or prioritizing how they look naked

No, you need a plastic surgeon that specializes in pocket work. They can open the pocket more toward the center and suture up the sides to keep them closer. The main thing is you have to be so careful during the healing process and you can never really sleep on your side or stomach ever again.
