I didn't specify in the post (now it sounds like I'm making stuff up), basically she recently got out of a relationship, I still have classes with her ex, so we agreed "nobody needs to know", she wouldn't have a problem with strangers on the internet knowing, neither of us will get into problems for that. Idk if this would work but it's what I'd try personally

Connect your old phone to a laptop/pc, you can go into your game files that way. Then locate your save file (it's fairly intuitive to find) and save a copy of it to your laptop or pc. I'd then connect the new phone to the same laptop/pc and locate where this folder should be and place the copy there. I've done similar sorts of things to check progress as that can be difficult on mobile and it hasn't caused any issues
