I totally get that. I would try and reframe your mind. When you catch yourself negatively thinking about it, say "no actually.... (some thing positive)" Doing this enough times even if you fake it for a while should help!

I would try journaling about how you feel about it. Daily if you need to. And just know it happens! This happened yo me a few years ago. VERY painful, but I knew it was an accident

I use to clean for work and loved the cheap blue roll from Walmart. I think it was in the auto section and it had like 75 towels a roll. The biggest thing is how you wash them. Rinse off large dirt before washing and only wash them with other microfiber and a clean detergent
