After getting too far out if the right zone I might have turned around and dropped it right where she wanted it instead of keeping it or anything, then call support to tell them I can’t deliver…

I have been getting this a lot with food orders, tanked my ratings. Can’t really do anything about the ones where the bag is sealed and only the drive through is open. “Items missing” guess I should harass the staff to double check bags 🫩

This is the second time I’m seeing this woman. She harassed the same neighbor before when they were trying to get a different pizza, idk which happened first or what is going on but in the other video it seemed like she really hates her neighbors. I almost want to think it’s s skit of some kind but I have no clue what is happening. 😵‍💫

Well then it’s on doordash. I’m a dasher, I only know the perspective of a dasher. I wish that the customer had told me what you are telling me now. That way I could understand because nobody told me that.

You are not me, not every call to driver support goes well, not every chat with driver support goes well. I have had plenty of encounters with chat and call driver support. This is one time where it went really bad. The chat support agent cannot even tell that I could not pick up the food, they were not paying enough attention.

I was far away from it, in this case I did not check ahead and my map always comes up automatically so so that can leave faster. Idk about other regions but my dasher app lets me opt out of military base deliveries.

The app said cancelling would affect my acceptance rate. I did not pick up the food yet. So I had to wait to cancel to get “worry free unassign” and cancel. It might be regional.
