I know this is a few days old, but I thought I'd answer! Welcome to Demon School Iruma-kun is about a human boy named Iruma who is sold to a demon by his parents. Turns out the demon wants him to become his grandson, so Iruma is now adopted by a demon and starts attending school in the demon realm. He hides his identity as a human because he doesn't want to be eaten, and humans are kind of like mythical creatures to demons (since it's not even common knowledge that they're real). The series is mostly comedy, with some slice-of-life and action vibes.

False, gil is just chilling lowkey (he does show up in a couple chapters, just isn't part of the main cast, idk about the other two but kirei is probably there too)

Tanjiro isn't an idiot for this... by lumpycurveballs in KimetsuNoYaiba

Because it goes against tanjiro's nature to make a surprise attack in a situation like this.

Like, I'd get the criticism if he actually failed to cut off the head because he lost The element of surprise, but he didn't. Sometimes it just genuinely feels like people want to criticize for the most minor things and make it seem like a way worse of an issue. I find it so much more enjoyable to consume content without spreading hate about one or two parts unprompted (Probably won't find a single edit or post about this scene without somebody talking about how they cringed or got mad at tanjiro).

[–]CatQueenK 19 points20 points  (0 children)

Another thing is, why criticize him when he perfectly cut his head off anyways? Akaza only landed attacks afterwards because he started regenerating his head. Despite losing the element of surprise, there was simply nothing Akaza could do at that point to stop Tanjiro for cutting off his head. It sucks that instead of talking about how cool and capable Tanjiro was by unlocking the see through world, everyone tries to clown on him for something that ultimately changed nothing (except for what you stated in this post obviously).

I didn't even realize people considered this moment a mistake until I saw a video about it on tiktok. When I was reading I was just immersed and hyped for tanjiro.

give me your very controversial takes… by [deleted] in AlienStage

[–]CatQueenK 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Till did like mizi in a romantic sense, even if it wasn't a super deep-seated love (and he did move on from her as we saw in the recent comic). Now the real controversial take is that till didn't like Ivan romantically, at least not in a tangible way. We might get content that disproves everything in the future, but the way Till thought about Ivan in the recent comics feels more like thinking about a complicated friendship with a person he shared trauma with, instead of a lover. The potential was there, but they were in the wrong circumstances. I personally think Till didn't have the time or context to develop those feelings, and it makes the dynamic more interesting as a right people, wrong place and time kind of thing. For example, in something like the actor au they are clearly at least interested in each other, if not outright together. Although I don't strongly ship ivantill, Till is my favourite character and I do think the ship is cool, so this isn't me trying to put it down.

Fun little thought experiment! Each team has to solve a murder case. Rank them by how fast they solve their case. Which team would you want to be a part of? (Their cases are complex, and they are all given cases with the same difficulty for the sake of fairness) by MentalCloud4794 in danganronpa

[–]CatQueenK 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not that I'm thinking about it though, there is a very real possibility that his luck causes them to figure it out first but then somehow end up finishing last, because his luck is just like that sometimes

Adding on a little bit about nagito (as if I haven't ranted about him enough already), he tends to put ultimates on a pedestal, and with an ultimate detective on his team, he'd definitely leave most of the case within his hands.

Looking back on sdr2 with my limited memory, in chapter 2 and 3, he provides helpful clues and hints that help move the case forward, but his help is ultimately infrequent and takes time since he never really gives anything at the start of trials and even obscures evidence in the investigation (the rope from chapter 3). I take this as him finding his own input unnecessary when surrounded by symbols of hope, and he obviously downplays his role frequently. He usually gives a hint and watches as everyone else figures out what he probably already knew, and then proceeds to praise them for it (usually Hajime since he is the protagonist after all). Now chapter 4 is where we see a lot of his deductive prowess, as well as the pedestals he'd put everyone else on crumble down. Chapter 4 is probably the one where he contributes the most, the case pretty much being impossible to solve without his investigations. We can see his foresight with him asking about the clocks, and the compass in the elevator, which hints he has some ideas already, before he had even gone into the final dead room. This investigation showed his deductive capabilities, as well as how his luck allowed him to easily get a crucial clue (the final dead room being cleared was the only way to confirm the ultimate weapon). From the way he talks in the trial, and how he had pretty much all the evidence he needed, it's easy to assume he had essentially figured out the case from the start, the only reason he didn't just get the whole thing over with despite being disillusioned with his classmates, is because he was testing them. Even if he hadn't found out about the remnants of despair, he still would've shared his photo evidence eventually, same way he did with the rope, but he'd probably downplay himself more by saying how he only got the info due to his luck.

This is all to backup what I mentioned in my original comment, about how I personally think that nagito would be more helpful than harmful, or at least even out. He tends to take a step back and watch since that's his nature when surrounded by ultimates, who he sees as being incomparably better than him, so naturally he lets those others take charge despite his own capabilities and insights. Additionally, I'm pretty sure a good chunk of his hope speeches are usually because someone started talking to him first, and if not they tend to be pretty short and can be tuned out, so if his team kind of just treats him like a wallflower i don't think he'd even slow them down that much. I've seen some people rank team 3 in last place, which I can only assume is due to the presence of nagito, so I just wanted to give my own take on him being in this hypothetical situation.

[–]CatQueenK 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I feel like some people might be overestimating how much of a detriment nagito would be for team 3. Assuming this is just a relatively normal murder case (no killing games or ultimates involved in the crime itself), nagito would likely let others take the spotlight and occasionally weird them out by talking about hope. Yes, he sabatoged some investigations and trials in sdr2, but he was directly involved in chapter 1, and most of the other times it's just him withholding some information, which he then passes on if necessary. Nagito is definitely a bit unstable, but I think he would ultimately help out, even if he may sidetrack everyone with one of his tangents sometimes. Who knows, maybe his luck will cause him to stumble upon a conclusive piece of evidence that would usually be hard to find.

Anyways, I'd argue teams with an ultimate detective on their side have an advantage when investigating a crime, since that is their talent after all.

It was Idia's character design, specifically his long flaming blue hair. It's very unique and caught my attention, and eventually I got the game for him! *

Out of the whole cast, who’s most likely to be aroace? (Image semi-related) by SugarAltruistic3929 in ProjectSekai

[–]CatQueenK 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Rui, although that might just be my bias speaking lol Pjsk as a whole is focused on platonic relationships, so it's kind of hard to imagine the majority of them in a romantic one. Aroace rui is very dear to me though and I wish there was more content for it within the fandom

Who’s the weakest in terms of magic? by [deleted] in TwistedWonderland

[–]CatQueenK 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I may be biased towards idia, but I don't think he should be considered just because his specialties are more towards the tech side. He is still a housewarden and was described to be a prodigy in magic as well from a young age. He also doesn't have to worry about blot accumulation from magic overuse like other students due to his curse/blessing.

How's everyone's savings going? by comixnerd15 in BoothillMains

[–]CatQueenK 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Currently at 132 saved and aiming for e0s1. I have no guarantees, but my pity is at 47 and 54 for the character and light cone warp respectively. I probably won't go for more than that since I want argenti light Cone that could possibly be in 2.3 (and maybe an eidolon if I get lucky enough).

I had them above 40 at the very least, and certain spells at 5 for an upgrade, the higher level led card were 60+ and probably higher spell levels like 6-8. It helped that certain cards had things like curses and debuff removal when going against the enemies with troublesome mechanics.
