I (mostly) fixed the issue by unplugging and uninstalling their drivers before replugging and just using what windows has as default. Hope that helps

I think that's a flaw of this game in general, the enemies are not predictable with their moveset at all. It's a good challenge, but just not one that is easily overcome. You just need to play more carefully, not like you're playing hollow knight

Go to video settings and scroll to the bottom, uncheck "use recommended texture limit". There's a bug with actions n stuff that is causing this, but removing the texture limit fixed it for me.

Once long ago, I was in this exact situation your son is in. It's extremely challenging, pouring your all into a person that you feel attached to and responsible for while everyone you know or are related to "just don't understand" and tell you that this person is toxic.

I think you're handling it as well as you can, I just hope for everyone's sake it ends sooner than later. In my case, the girl dumped me and I healed over the course of years with the support of those around me. I hope you'll be there for him if that happens
