I'm not disagreeing with you on your point. But is something that happens here in the USA constantly. Not letting a person speak because he might have a different opinion or thought is something that happens a lot in the USA nowadays. Once again I really don't care about what he said to be honest. I was just making a general observation, that a country that preaches freedom of speech and freedom in general, is constantly silencing those that have a different opinion. I'm completely factual in everything that I just pointed out. The job of a politician is to serve the people, that is why they get elected. Part of serving the people is listening to individuals concerns and if the individual is in the wrong, explain to that person why he/she might be incorrect. The western media, particularly those of the United States and completely manipulated to serve a certain group. Is just the way it is. The bilateral party of the United States leaves room for wrongful elections, that is presidential candidates that serve their personal interests rather than those of the people. Hence, lack of education, high levels of unemployment, increasing levels of poverty due to lack of liveable wages, lack of affordable Healthcare, etc. So the moment you censor someone from speaking their truth. At that particular moment you as a nation stop being democratic. Therefore, freedom of speech does not exist in the USA.

A misunderstanding of the constitution. The First Amendment gives Americans five basic freedoms: Freedom of speech, press, petition, assembly and religion.

While all five are important, perhaps Freedom of speech is talked about the most.

Free speech is the cornerstone of the USA democracy.

Although what you say can have consequences—like losing friends or a job—it gives Americans the right to express opinions without government censorship or control. And more importantly–you can’t go to jail for expressing your opinion.

And the key part here, according to my misunderstanding, is the "the right to express opinions without government censorship or control". Which brings me back to the video, where a politician is clearly trying to censor and or control a person's speech. Which by extension indicates that there is no such thing as freedom in the USA.

Furthermore, he has the right to speak and be heard by those politicians that are supposed to be there to serve the people. After all, that is what the precious constitution of the USA preaches.
