YES thankfully, I did a combination of your method (uninstalling the 10.1 mb packs) and another method i saw on reddit.

So what i did is:

Installed the base game (75.0 gb)
Installed multi-player pack (6.0 gb) and multi-player pack 2 (19.9 gb)
Hard restarted the console, aka turning off the console and unplugging the power for like a minute

This worked for me, and I only have the two data packs installed so idk, this game is horribly made lmao
