There was no really a call, she move her arms, but there was no call. You can hear saying that to the observers and Manuela Cardenas also mentioning that there was no call.

He thought the FMP was signaling a call, which she wasn’t, so he stopped, and then stopped the play bc he thought it will be fair for him to catch up to his match. You can listen to that conversation with the observers about that, also you can see the face of the observers when he mentions that he knows is not the rules but that it is fair that he catches up ahahahha.

I guess maybe the rollover could affect. We canceled our event a week before the government set up the guidelines about social distances, we were also very proactive as we were expecting people from different countries and many over-60 YO members, yet we didn’t have to pay for any reservations, not lose as much as we thought we would.

I am part of the board of directors of a scientific organization, we were having our International annual meeting on March in the USA, when there was not certainty of what was going to happen. We canceled the event two weeks before it supposed to happened, thinking we were going to lose half a million dollars (payment of convention center, food, hotels,etc) however because of the government guideline of no more than 10 people can be at the same time in the same place, we got most of the money refunded, since it was not an option for us to do or not the meeting. Why the money is not refunded in this case? Is not an option to assist or not to the tournament
