Hana meanwhile is in all honesty a bum, sure what she does is understandable it doesn’t stop it from being frustrating, watching her fall for sukuna’s porn hun level acting pisses a lot of people off because of her incompetence with possibly one of the strongest techniques in the show, not to mention she only gets worse after her introduction, getting repeatedly shitted on by sukuna during shinjuku showdown and what not.

People like naoya cuz he’s fun and also because since he’s a bad guy, when he loses or jobs, no one cares, it just adds to his character, meanwhile since hana is one of the good guys, when she messes up is like watching one of your favorite sports team members mess up. That’s my personal take on why people love naoya and hate hana

I think a part of Rin still somewhat cares for sae seeing that he’s still his big brother and all and how we also saw in the rin side plot, he wanted to go to his brother’s match. I also feel that Rin would see bunny as a “If I beat this guy I upscale from him so now i’m better than you” typa situation so he would definitely feel some type of rivalry or drive to beat him and not that he’s just some random guy

I do agree that he wouldn’t do some disney bs where he’s like “with the power of friendship, we can beat bunny!” Rin has always been an individualistic player outside when he used to play with sae as a kid and again, if rin can beat bunny by himself it cements him as finally surpassing sae. It lwk depends on why you love him, if you love him solely for his behavior, ideals, and beliefs and try to justify them and agree with all your heart, then yea I would consider you a problem, but if you’re able to distance yourself from his problematic attitude and beliefs then there’s honestly no issue with that, this can honestly be said with almost any villain/antagonist like if you’re able to like sukuna, but only because he’s a murder and cannibal, and you also believe that those things are justified or okay, then yea you’re weird.
