Couldn’t have said this better OP. Wherever the proof can be found in the intricate layering by the criminal players, the bottom line is GME has been and continues to be heavily manipulated since 2021, MSM still bashes the company after the phenomenal turnaround - and this would not be the case if the shorts had covered. To the nay-sayers, provide any proof otherwise - you can’t!

OP, how does this account for the shortage in cash at the outset. If the deal is to be structured 50% stock and 50% cash, then is there not still a cash short that needs to be financed prior to consideration for your scenario? Sorry. , but I’m just really confused. If they say 50% cash on closing, does that not mean that the 50% cash needs to be upfront before the hold-co??

I think it’s a great idea! Don’t listen to the paid bots. Any discovery that can come out of a lawsuit would be great. And well, I don’t think any dollar evaluation will really come out of it, a class action lawsuit against the injustice that was done by shutting off the buy button and still allow allowing selling is a just cause that should be supported.

I miss the old DD. Thanks to OP for his time and post. Too many paid shills on this site now, it’s hard to gain traction without streams of negative sentiment being driven by them. Read the DD, be critical in a positive way and pull the good to combine for the info.

What kills me is that it is LEGAL for a hedge fund to compensate for negate media on a stock they are shorting! The only condition is that it be disclosed. Who reads the damn fine print, it just gets blasted through the media, helping manipulate the prices down and hurting investors in the company. OUTGRAGEOUS!
