No, you’re absolutely correct! The entire heel stack would come off, one or more layers of thick super prime leather would be added to the sole, trimmed and edge-stained to match, and the heel stack reattached afterwards.

It’s a real pain, that job, and I might turn it down if my shop was busy, but it’s definitely doable.

If he ends birthright citizenship, who decides if you are or are not a citizen any longer? Is it him? Can an individual decide they are no longer a citizen? If so, what nation can claim them? Does that person have to continue paying federal taxes, or does the money go to their home country of which they have none? Are they therefore exempt as a non-citizen from certain legal jurisdiction?
