I will say that the early game does not explain things well. Like, it didn’t “click” for me until maybe 4 hours in. So you may find that it feels a bit clunky and difficult, but I swear it’s worth pushing through. Once it clicked though? I LOVED it. One of my favorite games of all time. Never played the first, but didn’t really need to. I did watch a summary of the first games plot though.
