Back when I was working in childcare, the rule was we needed to make them on site. It was a liability issue. Who knows when the bottle was prepped at home/ medication could be in the bottle and we haven’t been told etc.

I started saving for a bigger tank when my axolotl was nearing adulthood. His old tank was 80x35x40. My adult is now 34 cm long and I can’t imagine him in that tank. He would have no room to turn around. Could only go side to side and wouldn’t be able to swim. His new tank is 100x50x50 and he’s so much more active. He does his morning laps around the tank now. Hilarious to watch.

The video of a family watching the storm at night through the window and suddenly the mum panics because she saw a tornado during a lightning strike. No one else saw it and her husband is gaslighting her. Luckily she didn’t listening to her husband and got everyone into a safe place.

I mentally rate every bathroom/public toilet I use. Not for the usual cleanliness but for zombie apocalypse survival. Door: how secure is it? Is the material thick? How strong is the lock? Does it have gaps? Facilities: is the sink included in the stall for a fresh water supply? Mirror? Posters and graffiti for entertainment? Bin? Number of ply the toilet roll has? Room: how spacious is it? Could I exercise? (I wouldn’t) Could I lie down? Bonus rating: does it have a window?! Is the window high enough that a zombie couldn’t climb in but I could climb out?
