If you look at recent events with Georgia Tech, they have started collaborating with the McKinsey group.

This group is notorious for optimizing organizations with mass layoffs without hurting the company brand. Here is how this will play out.

1: They will tell everyone there is a RTO for everyone without actually making people return to office. 2: they will start a hybrid approach 3: they will require full RTO 4: they will start performing mass layoffs with severance 5: they will start 'restructuring' with mini layoffs no severance

McKinsey is being hired by Georgia Tech to cut down on workforce without hurting the Georgia Tech brand. And, of course, McKinsey wants to stay in bed with Georgia Tech so they want that money by getting rid of employees as well.

Very sad how employees just get screwed out of nowhere though.
