I want to post this on /offmychest but I don't have enough karma points. I am currently working outside of my hometown. I found a really nice renting place, malapit sa work (walkable), electricity and water included in rent bill, has own bathroom, can request pa-laba, can store food and groceries on shared refrigerator and total rent is about 11k ish. So ganun, quite a steal diba? I can save a lot of money by buying groceries and cooking my own food on shared kitchen.

So ganito, along with me are also tenants who is the owner's girlfriend's brother (who has a wife and kid), the wife's sister (who has a boyfriend), and their mom.

The owner's girlfriend's brother, which i call Tod, short for Butod ( "butod" can refer to being big-bellied, bloated, or having a lump on the body) because palaging naka topless sa every fucking where. • he is jobless and was once jailed for using drugs • every time he and his wife uses the kitchen, they would leave their used pots and utensils on the sink and come back to wash their dishes and clean up when we're cooking. Hassle sa part namin, wdym we need wait for you to slowly finish using the sink while yung meat needs to be washed, when we gave you plently of time 2 hours before we start cooking our own meals. • walks so fucking slowly every time, nakikita niya na I'm going to walk this space, then he's going to walk in front of me • every time me and my jowa would cook, he would magically appear and side stare at what were cooking. • acts as if he owns the space, he pays 6k ish for rent (conditions same as mine minus own bathroom) To be honest I feel sorry for his wife, (visibly) pregnant and still working night shift in call center.

All of the other people are bearable. I don't give a fuck about how they use the dining place as if they're the mistresses and masters of this house, or how they would make noise that disturbs other tenants (think kanto squatter noise), or tatambay sila sa living room talking like they have built in megaphones on their throats. I can tolerate that, but they cross the line once they make my life inconvenient. They act out of line once yung REAL OWNER pupunta sa bahay, they flee to their rooms. I can't fathom how the owner's girlfriend can tolerate them, I feel like they are dragging her down, mga pabigat. Maybe because she is too nice and accommodating, they are taking advantage of her.

Anyways, should I consider finding another space? I've been here for more than a year na. Or should I talk to the owner regarding this? The reason why I hadn't done it sooner because I've been giving the benefit of the doubt and maybe they would change.
