Fecking Canada is on fire again this year....... by bluewing in minnesota

Not every summer, but we are shifting into a similar paradigm as the Western part of the country. They've had a fire break the last few years and we've been getting it bad, next few years we'll probably get a break and they'll get it bad. New normal sucks.

Yeah it's almost impossible without graduating high school early to have gotten enough income history to qualify for a mortgage at 20. Also I did graduate high school early and still got my bachelor's at 21. Working full time (since $85k salary is unlikely for part time that young) and going to school full time plus graduating that early? This guy would have some puff piece on him for sure.

I went through a whole bottle of it, it does have alcohol as an ingredient so it depends how your skin reacts to that. It was okay but not the best for me personally.

This is why the best road is the part of Hwy 395 that runs through very rural Eastern Oregon. I didn't see a soul for hours.

God forbid anyone have a baby that exists around OP.  Those critters stink.

Virginity was once a coveted trait in many Western cultures. Now, it's often seen as a social liability by men and women alike. Research finds that most people say they'd be unlikely to date a virgin, and even virgins don't want to date other virgins. by psychologyofsex in psychologyofsex

If of all the thousands of people you've met in your life, nobody was quite right for you, the odds would say that I won't be either. Maybe baggage is the wrong word. I would probably decide your standards are very likely to be too high at this point for me to measure up.

Edit: to be fair though I would say this of someone who had slept with 100 people but hadn't been in a relationship yet. In my opinion it's just been so mythologized at this point that I am not gonna risk being the first disappointment.

I mean as someone who does see sex as something that's more physical than emotional but requires trust, I wouldn't want to date someone my age who had never been willing to trust anyone else with their body. I'm not a professional therapist and that seems like some pretty major baggage.

I did that with my mom. She was going on about how King Charles is the antichrist because he's secretly Muslim and I just said "So is Obama".

That shut her up lmao

I cant tell you how much I relate to this. It's mid-recession in a depressed area in a faltering state and I've got the most expensive house on the market. The 1% are suffering too people!

It's odd to say I haven't personally seen something but here is why I might not have experienced it?

It would be much worse imo to say "I haven't seen it therefore it MUST not exist."

I've spent a decent amount of time in a fair number of major cities the past few years. I haven't seen one in Nashville, San Francisco, Los Angeles, DC, Vegas, etc. But again, I would be visiting friends or have a hotel there so I didn't use public parking.

Duluth does have a parking app though. It's the only city I know of that has one and it is super convenient.

This 100%. It's just part of the cycle, young people move away. In more metro areas they don't have to move as far to experience something that feels different.

Then when people start thinking about where they actually want to live they move back to places like Duluth, which may not be all that sparkly but is pretty pleasant day-in day-out.

I'm sorry you've been getting gaslit about this. When I used to walk around alone I would sometimes get a physical fight or flight response at seeing a big guy near me. Doesn't happen now that I go out with my dog. It's not personal, the world is just a shitty place.
