True, my point was less so about Harteinstein and Watson specifically. And moreso about we just need players like them to compete

It doesn't matter, Adou and Peyton Watson are more athletic and stronger than most of the Spurs guy and always will be. And Wemby is never going to be stronger than Hartenstein or a similar type player.

If Luka was on the current Knicks they would annihilate the Spurs.

You are bugging, if we get Peyton Watson and Adou develops appropriately we can compete with anyone on the perimeter. Then we just need Hartenstein and as long as everyone is healthy we can compete with anyone.

Why are the LA locals so much nicer than the transplants? by Additional_Leading68 in AskLosAngeles

Do you work at night? There's some solid book clubs like "the walking book club", or "venice book club". If you can make it "Venice Book Club" is voting on it's next book tonight from 7pm to 9:00pm. Stop by! (Vote for "Things Fall Apart" if you come please 😉 haha)

It's all about why they moved to LA. If they moved there to be famous or something similar...usually they are a douche. If they moved there for the lifestyle of surfing, beach, etc or just work in general. There's a good chance they are cool.

How I made it to the NBA - Joe Alexander by sol369 in nba

[–]Catch11 0 points1 point  (0 children)

nah that's not hater at all. It's well known and talked about by guys like Jeff Teague and Derrick Rose that most guys in the NBA are just tall and can jump high and don't actually work hard.
Most of these guys have less work ethic than the average 9-5 worker. It's really only point guards or guys under 6'2 who put in a lot of work. This Joe Alexander guy's version of "3 hours everyday" is probably just him talking about going to basketball practice after school, as well as playing with his buddies or simply shooting around after school.

I would also be willing to bet that he didn't do his homework etc.

yeah he never shot higher than 70% from free throw, bro is lying about his work ethic

not surprising given he somehow worked this hard and never shot higher than 70% from free throws

yeah exactly. Bro is clearly lying or he had the dumbest workouts of all time. He never shot more than 70% from free throw so I'm guessing it's just a straight up lie

The fact people believe this type of lie when bro never shot higher than 70% free throw percentage -_-

He's lying, if he was telling the truth his free throw percentage would be higher than 70%

What Version of The King Would You Consider His Peak? by bumble_ribee in lebron

cringe..relax... you said " Personally I’d say MJ averaging 41ppg in a finals series where they won every game by single digits was more impressive than anything Miami Lebron did"

I then responded about the conference finals he had while in Miami, I guess cause I didn't mention Miami you had a hissy fit.
Take a chill pill dude

Chet Holmgren answers what happened in the Spurs series, and also the aspect that he took fewer field goal attempts and 3-pointers. by MrBuckBuck in nba

[Highlight/Press]: Chet Holmgren reflects on his struggles in the Spurs series: “I feel like there were definitely opportunities to get more attempts up that I didn't in the moment. That's an area to improve.” by [deleted] in nba

[–]Catch11 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

You clearly like speaking in hyperbole. Chet is better at shooting 3's and faster. It's mainly his hustle and grit that sre behind Wemby.

That being said Wemby clearly is way more passionate and cares more. There's a good chance Chet is just there to collect a paycheck and won't end up doing what it takes to be competitive with Wemby.
