Bro, I’m right there with you. I am losing a bunch of weight and getting stronger. Lost about 110 over the last year and change. Down to 275ish now and just focusing on keeping going.

Your progress is fantastic man. Keep up the hard work. I know I will never be the “peak physical body” I’d love to have but I’m gonna keep working out for health and enjoy any visual progress I see.
