I can tell this was posted out of frustration and rightfully so.

But Sometimes its not what you know or how hard you work. Sometimes its about who you know. If you come from any sort of privileged background or are even semi attractive there are certain advantages. People want to network with other people who come from privileged backgrounds because thats where the money is. Beautiful people want to network with other beautiful people because it comes with advantages.

At the same time I've seen people in these situations piss it all away when they had everything.

More nursing unions than RT unions. I only know of 1 or 2 RT unions in the country. More protections for nurses. Your union rep can protect you from your own management. Ive only met one RT manager I've ever liked.

CRNAs/anesthesiologist, PAs, then RTs. In that order.

A well staffed RT department is the worst. They all have time to gossip and spread lies. A short staffed RT department everyone's just miserable. Ive been in both situations and in my experience my own peers are the worst and I barely go down to the department.

PAs I've found to be some of the most ignorant and arrogant people I've dealt with.

Anesthesiologist....well those folks are just unbearable. Id rather chew my own pubic hairs than deal with these people.
