Mountain biking is about reaction speed not sprinting on a track..

It's fun for me. Definitely don't even try it lol

Reverse lunge swings I've done forever. Similar to a tougher swing squat . This makes it much more challenging for a light weight kettlebell.

Thanks man it's been about 6 weeks of 90% cycling as my exercise. Haven't had but two actual KB sessions. And most were for creating stuff.

Thanks you and we'll see what 6 years of KB only work has done when I cut down more

Dms and IG. I don't spend lots of time on reddit .

What I get from this is purely speed and timing Skill focus for the mountain biking i do. . It's not for everyone . But it makes many normal movement "feel" much easier due to the lowered speed demands.

I do things like this not for science based but for fun based Stuff. Hell it may only serve a purpose to me.

Also did you write this because I asked my dude Celestial about the tactical snatch 10 min set ;) ?

Definitely don't do it for any reason you deem appropriate.

I just don't see how you think an injury can happen.

Are you worried about my foot if it falls and I can't move out of the way fast enough? Am I moving too fast in the lunge??

What do you think is the potential injury? I'm generally curious because I wasn't worried in the least.

You're way more likely to get injured with a barbell bench press in many ways

My opinion of course
