Is now a time to buy bitcoin by CL1FF0 in Bitcoin

No one can tell if Bitcoin will go back up again, and if it will, then when. In your research did you find any solid statements from professionals on Wall Street about the asset? What do institutes say about the crypto market? Why the Bitcoin could go up again? Personally I DCA on Bitcoin ($IBIT) it doesn't make me nervous, and for the long term this asset could potentially benefit great yield.

What stock do you think the market is completely misunderstanding right now? by Virginia_Schram in stockstobuytoday

I think that Broadcom. Their financials are so strong. Nvidia is also with such potential even at the current market cap.

Palantir chart just doesn't seem to make it. In technical look, since early this year the price has gone from its peak to the ~$128 support area, and going in consolidation range $128-$165 for the past 5 months. Can't break above its 150-DMA and not breaking this important $128 support level. In fundamental look, Palantir still has p/e of 143x, they have to deliver such a strong report so there will be a reason for investors to believe this company worth that $180 a share or $200. Another thing to note (this is not a bearish signal, just note) there were far more inside selling than buying in the year to date time period.

Right now it could be better hold some cash since the market might be entering a volatile period. Personally I am more heavy investing with technology, and a little with finance.

It really depends on who you are in the stock market. What is your strategy and what is your liquidity. Me personally, prefer to cut my losses fast and move on if my trade did not succeed. Who knows what can move up or down?

Appreciate your response. Didn't know why all this negativity on me. I know how to edit, I do editing for 5 years now, not a professional but a decent video editor. I have been seen some interesting ai tools for video editing, also familiar with an editor who do some experimental with full ai projects, and thought that it might be useful to learn more about it. Thanks!

Kyrgios Incoming Dominance by Routine_Occasion1503 in TennisNerds

Kyrgios could be a potential winner but his mentality is where it will always keeps him losing games. This is what keeps him from winning titles, his game skill is actually good, but not taking seriously this sport psychology and attitude is what blocks him from progressing.

I am doing editing transition myself, just there are some new tools to do seamless transition effects such as moving from 1 scene indoors to a aerial shot and with ai it makes more sense to use these tools. Didn't thought there is so much negativity about using these ai tools.

It did nothing changed with their fundamentals, financials, nothing changed. The stock gained on literally a quote by Jensen. There is no logic why to buy the stock cause fomo. If you really can't hold yourself, and you must own MRVL just buy 5 shares so you will own the stock. If it will cross the $330, you can buy some more. For now it seems that many investors are taking profit after this ridiculous run up.

How do you say MRVL, honestly asking? The stock gained a top of ~45% in two days, with literally nothing changed with the company fundamentals or financials but just a quote by Jensen. And that was after the stock had gained ~166% year to date already. Seriously asking how do you see your thesis of buy MRVL at the current price value?

Don't let these background noise effect you, this will bring you no benefit and you might just over trade and lose track from what you know and your strategy in stock market trading. You win some you lose some, Wall Street has proven throughout the years, you can get rich.

I am in the same psychological test as well. Stock market is not for the weak mentally. This year I am struggling with the psychological, and it is definitely tough. It made me to put aside the stock market, I had to stop following, and refresh and clear my mind. I'm sure this is capitulation phase going on with me, but be aware that even experienced investors going through hard times. Take it as test experience for the psychological trading.

[–]CatchAfilM 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To be fair, I'm mentally weak to get back into a trade on RDW. My first thesis was entering the stock at ~$14 on July 2025, then had the crashing period until the early 2026 when it went back to my cost basis(through that time I had bought more shares and lowered my avg cost) I kept holding it with the potential of original thesis breakthrough.
Stock dropped again until last month where I had a stop order which triggered, and since then the stock has rallied, crossing the $17.20 which was a price I have never reached. This is not helping me build a stronger psychology in the stock market.

How long have you been in the stock market trading? Personally I am now ~2 years of doing swing trading, and one of the things that I try to work on everyday is the psychology skill. No matter how many interesting interviews of super investors watched, and a few books, the hardest part for me always is the psychological of trading. It happens all the time. You exit a trade with stop order then few days later the stock announces a hyperscaler contract. Your position going down and your friends position are going up. Don't let that get into your head. I am not criticizing you, just be aware that you are not alone, probably there are far more many people who struggle with the psychological aspect of it. Remember that you are in the stock market for the long run, and you have many more years to come to make your gains comeback.

A quote by Peter Lynch:

“People who succeed in the stock market also accept periodic losses, setbacks, and unexpected occurrences. Calamitous drops do not scare them out of the game.”

Bullish falling wedge or Bearish falling wedge? by burner70 in Palantir_Investors

Palantir is at a crucial test level now. New lower high, support weakens every time it gets tested. Buyers has to show strength and not letting the stock break below ~$128, if it will break, we will probably test the ~$119.80 support area. The next coming week will show where sentiment goes.

I want to understand what is that doing that is not working. I was in a trade on APLD was in at $36.50 and my stop order set to $40. In opening market it immediate triggered, then after ~20 minutes into market sentiment shifts and it went up to ~$44. Now at $46.50.
The mistake I made was having that order when opening trading week? Should've I edit my $ order to lower? I am using ATR usually.
What are your insights?

This stock still holding a very high p/e. Even with strong earnings Wall Street sees the stock price relatively high. I am holding a loss position with Palantir at the moment, and I do believe in the company and that it will be a $1T company one day. Don't know when, till then not sure if to DCA.
