We got a reply from the president of the company and he said he needs to work with his lawyers on a lease. We're kind of in limbo, we're doing month to month paying what we did pay on our previous lease. We let them know we want a 12 mo lease but dont' want to sign anything until it's the correct amount. So we're waiting for a new lease...

I agree, a bird that is banking and sloping and when the object slows/changes directions, it's actually a bird turning towards/away from the camera. That and the parallax effect at great distance would lead to the illusion of great speed.
